Solicitud de nulidad de la Sentencia T-545/19.
El peticionario adujo que la Sala Tercera de Revisión, al proferir el fallo de la referencia, vulneró el derecho al debido proceso, pues, por un lado, habría cambiado la posición jurisprudencial fijada por la Sala Plena en la sentencia SU.442/16 así como en las providencias que la han reiterado, y por el otro, porque desconoció el principio del juez natural.
Por no encontrar acreditada la vulneración alegada, se DENIEGA la nulidad impetrada.
